We are pleased to announce that registration is now fully open for remaining spots and waitlists in youth camp this summer. System errors have been resolved, and we have maximized the number of available spots in each camp. We will keep monitoring the situation and make adjustments as necessary. This website has been updated with direct links to the registration system. Please note that spots remain limited, and should a spot become available, we will automatically enroll your child from the waitlist charging your credit card on file. Thus, we encourage you to put your child on the waitlist if you are interested in a program for them as we are constantly clearing the waitlists as spots open up.

THINGS TO DO TO MAKE REGISTRATION AS EASY AS POSSIBLE:
IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO, GO TO SAWYER TO CREATE A PROFILE AND ENTER PROFILES FOR THE CHILDREN YOU WISH TO REGISTER. YOU NEED TO ENTER YOUR CHILD’S BIRTHDATE AND SCHOOL TO COMPLETE THEIR PROFILE.
FOR ISLAND RESIDENTS WITH CHILDREN ENROLLED IN ISLAND SCHOOLS, IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO, COMPLETE THE ISLAND RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION. IF YOUR CHILD IS AN ISLAND RESIDENT, PLEASE ONLY ENROLL THEM IN ISLAND RESIDENT PROGRAMS. CHECK THE LINK YOU ARE USING. DO NOT PUT THEM IN PROGRAMS OR ON WAITLISTS OF NON-ISLAND RESIDENT PROGRAMS.
GET YOU CHILD’S MEDICAL FORM FROM THEIR PHYSICIAN AND HAVE IT READY FOR UPLOAD AT REGISTRATION. The medical form should includes your child’s immunization record, medical history, allergies and any medical issues that we should be aware of. You will be asked to upload this form when you register for them.
IF YOU WISH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A SCHOLARSHIP, PLEASE APPLY FOR IT NOW.
15 year olds interested in the new Counselor in Training Program do not register through Sawyer, but apply for the position using the 2024 Counselor Application Form.

Helpful Terminology For Registration
Members: Island residents who have been approved for the Island Resident Membership discount.
Non-Members: Those who are not Island residents or for Island residents who have not yet been approved for the Island Resident Membership discount. Once you are approved, your classification will change.
REFUNd POLICY
A 100% refund will be issued, less a 10% administration fee, if you cancel your session more than 30 days before the start date.
A 50% refund will be issued within 15 - 30 days of the start date of a session.
No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the start date of a session.
Up to 14 days before the new session begins, you may transfer a registration between sessions for the same child if there is space available and no waitlist. No fees apply.
