Scholarships
CTAC is committed to equity, dignity, and access — financial circumstances should never be a barrier to participation. The scholarship application process is intentionally simple, confidential, and respectful. Families are not required to submit proof of income.
Awards are determined using a sliding-scale approach based on total household income relative to the Area Median Income (AMI):
At or below 75% of AMI: Eligible for full tuition assistance
76–100% of AMI: Eligible for prorated support
101–125% of AMI: Considered for limited assistance as funds allow
Above 125% of AMI: Typically not eligible, though individual circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Applications submitted during the scholarship window before priority registration are reviewed within one week. Applications outside the priority window are reviewed within two weeks. When approved, families receive an individualized coupon code to register at no cost. When a partial payment is required, families may pay their portion monthly with no additional fees. All families — regardless of scholarship status — have the option to spread camp fees over five months before the first day of camp.
