Joy & Play Everything we do starts here. Camp should be fun — for kids, for families, and for the staff who make it happen. We believe play is how children learn, grow, and discover who they are.

Safety & Care Every child deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported. Our programs are built around trained staff, proven safety protocols, and a culture where every person's well-being comes first.

Equity & Belonging Financial circumstances should never be a barrier to participation. We offer scholarships, sliding-scale tuition assistance, and priority registration for Chilmark families because we believe this community belongs to everyone.

Stewardship & Sustainability We take care of what we've been given — the Center, the programs, the trust of the community. Careful financial management and long-term planning ensure the CCC is here for the next generation, not just the next summer.
