• We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy follows the same structure as last summer:

    • 30+ days before the first day of the registered camp week:
      A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

    • Between 30 days and 2 weeks before the first day of the registered camp week:
      A 50% refund.

    • Within 2 weeks of the start of the registered camp week:
      No refunds can be issued.xt goes here

  • Transfers between weeks or types of camps for the same child are free, as long as there is space available and no waitlist for the requested week or program.

    This policy allows us to plan staffing and program quality while remaining as flexible as possible for families.

  • Priority Registration has been adjusted this year to align with the Town of Chilmark’s priorities.

    First Priority Registration includes:

    • Children who are residents of the Town of Chilmark or attend Chilmark schools. This includes 50% discount

  • The second Priority Registration window is for summer residents—families who will be staying in Chilmark for five (5) or more weeks during the summer.

    • This window provides early access to registration

    • No discount applies to summer residents

  • Children who are island residents but not Chilmark residents receive:

    • A 30% island resident discount

    • Access during general registration, not the first priority window unless they are enrolled in school in Chilmark.

  • We are excited to introduce a Junior Lifeguard Program for Summer 2026.

    • It will be available as a stand-alone program or as an add-on

    • Full details will be available at the time of registration and registration for this program may be later as we work with the town of Chilmark to ensure safety and access.

  • Advanced Sailing requires prior approval to ensure safety and readiness.

    • Campers must demonstrate the skills and experience necessary for advanced-level sailing

    • Approval must be received before enrollment in Advanced Sailing

  • To ensure broad access during initial registration:

    • During Priority Registration, General Registration, and the first week after General Registration opens, campers may register for no more than two (2) weeks of Sailing

    • Two weeks after General Registration opens, Sailing will open fully with no restrictions and campers enrolled may transfer.

    • At that point, families may register for up to seven (7) weeks, space permitting

  • Yes. We now offer Extended Care from 3:00–5:00 pm for ages 5-14.

    • Available as a drop-in option up to one week in advance

    • $25 per day

    • Space is limited and available on a first-come basis

  • Yes. Full-day 9:00-3:00 Playschool options have been added for Summer 2026.

    • Details will be available during registration.

    • Extended care is under consideration and will depend on staffing and capacity.

  • To enroll in Playschool, children must:

    • Be at least 3.5 years old

    • Be fully potty-trained

    • Have a birthdate that is at least six (6) months prior to the first day of the week they are registering for

    • If a family registers for play school but does not meet the age requirements, it will be canceled and the family will be charged an administrative fee.

    These requirements are firm and are in place to support safety and developmental readiness.

  • Yes! Adult Fitness classes will continue six days a week throughout the summer and all 3 instructors have confirmed they are returning.

    A full schedule will be shared prior to the start of the season.
